烏茲別克簽證，怎麼辦？ @ lingyao之自遊自在

想要來趟跨越時空之感的烏茲別克行，還先得弄個「通行證」才行，烏茲別克和台灣沒有外交關係，所以簽證是一個較麻煩的問題囉。

分享我們辦理簽證的流程~

（一）透過中亞的旅行社辦理LOI（Letter of Invitation即簽證邀請函）

我們透過中亞的旅行社stantours(http://www.stantours.com/)幫忙申請烏茲別克的LOI，在背包客棧或LP中還有其他推薦的旅行社，可以去比較看看囉~

6/24 Stantours給我們有關辦理LOI的英文回應如下：

Dear Ms xx,
Thank you for making contact. We will be glad to assist.
We can supply you with an invitation for an UZbek single-entry tourist visa for up to 30 days against a fee of USD 35 per person. The invitation will be issued within 10-14 days and sent to you by e-mail attachment.
If you wish to proceed we would request your passport info, a copy of your passport and a letter confirming your current employment / place of study by e-mail attachment or fax and a full payment of USD 35 or EUR 30 per person as follows:

Please make sure that you include ALL bank charges(事實上STANtours也不知其中的bank charges應付多少，但為了避免日後還要補差額匯款的麻煩，我們付了最高的40USD bank charges，多餘的就算捐給STANtours囉~) and please confirm the payment amount before transfer. We will proceed upon receipt of funds or proof of transfer by fax.
Unfortunately we currently have no means of accepting a credit card - bank transfer (EUR or USD) being the alternative.(他們不接受信用卡轉帳)

6/30我們將匯款(LOI 35USD+Bank charges40USD+手續費與電郵費Nt700=Nt5360，平均每人費用是Nt1780，貴ㄚ…)

以及STANtours要求辦理LOI資料【護照影本、航班訂位紀錄、英文版在職證明、填妥上述1-18項的申請表格資料、以及匯款收據】以Email寄給STANtours辦理，他們回覆大約7/13or7/14就可拿到LOI，不過花大錢買來的LOI還遲到，7/16我們才拿到的…讓我”挫”了兩天咧…收到LOI時，感動有點想哭的感覺阿~因為伊朗簽證失敗的陰影拉~哈哈烏茲別克離我不遠矣~

同時我在背包亞西版，看到有位網友提到她七月下旬請STANtours辦理LOI，卻被回覆無法幫忙，因為中國設有大使館，請她直接去中國辦理，後來這個網友只好黯然將前往烏茲別克的機票取消~唉….到這種沒有標準的國家旅行就是這樣~充滿了不確定性…心臟要夠強喔...

（二）持LOI(邀請函)可在烏茲別克塔干辦理落地簽證

我們持LOI(邀請函)到了塔什甘機場辦理落地簽證(費用70USD），上飛機前一天還先打電話通知韓航，避免地勤搞不清楚狀況不讓我們登機，到了塔什甘機場，辦理visa的櫃檯無人，我們請money exchange的小姐幫忙找職員來辦理，同時間還有兩個義大利人也是持LOI辦理落地簽證的，辦理人員的速度算蠻有效率拉，大約7分鐘左右就拿到簽證囉，另外讚美他一下，他有發現我們停留的時間應該是16days，而不是簽證申請表格印的15days，特別提醒的是：拿到簽證時一定要非常仔細地檢查簽證上的文字及日期，有網友提及遇到日期錯誤的問題，台灣在中亞並無辦事處，遇到簽證有問題時，無人可以援助，只能自力救濟，所以簽證千萬一定要檢查清楚囉！
